Gender Action Plan for E-Mobility Financing Program

This report proposes the creation of a new entity called Adaption Accelorator to bridge the gap in funding for climate adaptation in developing countries. This new entity would be a specialized team that works with vulnerable countries and communities and implement climate adaptation projects. It would provide a range of financial and technical support including, grants, loans, and risk-mitigating instruments.
