This case study examines Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Women initiative, a global program supporting women entrepreneurs through business education, access to capital, and networking and mentoring. It highlights lessons on integrated support, partnerships with financial institutions, and the potential business case for lending to women-owned and women-led SMEs, while also examining gaps in reach, digital inclusion, evaluation, and sector diversification.
